Order Processing

Standard delivery:
  • Orders received by 2:00 PM (SGT) on weekdays will be processed on the same day.
  • Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.
Next day delivery:
  • Orders received by 6:00 PM (SGT) on weekdays will be processed on the same day.
  • Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Timeframe

Standard delivery:
  • We strive to deliver your orders within 5 working days from the date of processing.
  • Please note that factors such as location and unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery times. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.
Next day delivery:
  • Orders will be delivered on the next day they are processed.
  • Please note that incomplete address, incorrect shipping/contact details and unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery times. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.

Shipping Costs:

  • Standard delivery has a flat fee of SGD 5.
  • Next day delivery is available with a flat fee of SGD 10.

Delivery costs are non-refundable, even in the event of a return.

 

Tracking Information:

  • Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track your order's delivery status.

Contact Information Shared with Courier Partners:

  • Please be aware that to facilitate the delivery of your order, your contact details will be shared with our trusted courier partners. Rest assured, they will only use this information for the purpose of delivering your package and will adhere to their privacy and data protection policies.
  • We recommend including your phone number so the courier service can keep you informed about your delivery.

International Shipping:

  • At this time, cl-air only offers domestic shipping. We do not ship internationally.

Delivery Address:

  • Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for delays or misdelivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.

Delivery Attempts:

  • Our courier will attempt to deliver your order to the provided address. If no one is available to receive the package, they may leave a notification for you to arrange for re-delivery or pick-up.

Order Changes:

  • Once an order has been processed, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address or order details. Please double-check your information before confirming your purchase.
